Harise 360th Anniversary Special Appreciation Kaiseki

A Special Kaiseki Created with 360 Years of Gratitude

Kyoto cuisine restaurant Harise’s 14th-generation owner, Tomoyuki Morimoto, has prepared the “360th Anniversary Special Appreciation Kaiseki,” with each dish carefully crafted from the sakizuke and appetizers to the rice dish and dessert. Drinks are offered as free-flow, and the course is available for ¥36,000 including tax and service charge. We would appreciate it if you could make a reservation at least three days in advance.

Founded in 1659, Harise is a traditional Kyoto restaurant that has preserved its flavors and spirit of hospitality for generations in Kiyomizu-Gojo. Each dish is carefully prepared to highlight the natural qualities of the finest seasonal ingredients.
Alongside seasonal kaiseki cuisine, guests can enjoy Japanese classics such as sukiyaki, tempura, and sushi. In a serene space overlooking a garden through shoji screens, we invite you to experience a truly special moment unique to Kyoto.
